More recently, the University has joined the Bologna Process in order to synchronize its system of academic degrees and with the European standards. Currently, each year the university enrolled about 10,000 students, including about 750 foreign students from more than 80 countries worldwide. The academic year is divided into 2 semesters: the first lasts from early October to late January, the second - from the beginning of February to the end of June.
